Open Profile → Verification

In the client portal open your Profile and select the Verification tab. Your journey is split into three levels: Lv1 Personal details (open live & demo accounts), Lv2 Identity / ID&V (enables deposits & trading), and Lv3 Residency address (full deposit limits, withdrawals and no restrictions). You can see exactly what each level unlocks as you go.

Existing clients can manage their details and submit documents through the client portal, or contact our team for assistance.

How do I raise a complaint?
Contact our team with your account details. Complaints are handled in line with our Complaints Handling Policy, available on the Legal Documents page.
